We build a medallion architecture (bronze → silver → gold) on a Fabric Lakehouse. D365 data flows in through Fabric link — no Synapse, no BYOD exports. Existing SQL and Synapse workloads migrate in phases, with a clear cut-over per data domain.

A working lakehouse with your core tables in gold, documented data models, and a DirectLake connection to Power BI — reporting without import delays. Capacity advice included: most organisations start on an F2/F4 capacity, a fraction of the cost of separate tools.
