Week 2 — Decision and cost model
A reasoned choice between BPP and Plan in Fabric, with the annual cost of both routes written down.
Then — Implementation
Fixed price, fixed scope, weekly demo. You can stop after any step.
Ongoing — Care & development
Monitoring, capacity checks, small changes and a quarterly licence-position review at a fixed monthly fee: €2,500–4,000, excluding VAT. Three-month minimum, monthly cancellable thereafter.
